FAQ

  • We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 5th, 2027

  • Due to limited space, we are not providing a plus one

  • Dress code is cocktail semi-formal.

    Note:

    • The ceremony will be on grass.

    • The reception will be indoor/outdoor.

  • The venue has open water on site, due to insurance regulations, no minors are allowed under the age of 14.

    Please enjoy a kid-free weekend!

  • Although our venue is at a campground, please leave your pet at home.

  • Bring your own booze!

    Instead of fussing at a bar with over-priced drinks that don’t appeal to you, you may bring your own!

    • We will provide wine with dinner at the tables

    • For the rest of the evening, BYOB!

      • We will have bins with ice and coolers to keep them cool

      • We will be providing cups, ice, and some mix

  • We have a backup rain plan, we will keep you updated if needed!

  • Parking is available on site.

    Please follow the parking signage on the day of.

    The walk from the parking area to the tenting area is only a two minute walk.

  • There will be no transportation provided. If you are able to drive/carpool, there is parking available.

    A cab/Uber ride to MooseJaw will take around 15 minutes.

  • We are renting the entire campground, except for the “seasonal sites” on the opposite side of the campground.

    The seasonal campers do have their own area, bathrooms, etc. but please be respectful of their space and noise levels into the early morning.

  • We have been asked to be packed, cleaned up, and gone by 11:00am.

    Pancake breakfast begins at 9:00am on-site.

  • Cocktail hour will take place outdoors including yard games.

    Fire pits will be open including late-night hotdogs and s’mores!
