    • 5:00pm Cocktail Hour

    • 6:00pm Guests to be seated for dinner

    • 6:30pm Dinner Begins

    • 8:30pm Reception Begins

    ~ Bring your own booze ~

    Wine will be provided with dinner, cups & ice provided for the evening

    • Pancake Breakfast Held by Parents of the Bride

      • Think “casual family-style come-and-get-it-while-it’s-hot breakfast”

    • Breakfast is Served, 9:00am

    • All tents & clean-up completed by 11:00am

    • The venue has a designated tenting area, which we encourage you to use

      • This area will be clearly marked when you arrive

    • We kindly ask that you leave your trailers, camper vans, RV’s, and vehicle campers at home

      • Tents only please!

    • All cabins are reserved for immediate family & the wedding party (and partners)

      • You will be informed if a cabin is reserved for you

    • The venue is located only 10 minutes from Moose Jaw SK.
